We blend up to six of our Jolon Vineyard grapes:  Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Sangiovese in order to create a perfect blend bringing forward the best characteristics of each varietal.

Cabernet Sauvignon - 2005

Cabernet Sauvignon is considered to be the noblest of all grapes.

 

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied, robust, and complex wine that will age with grace and stamina.

Our Merlot is a smooth, velvety, full-bodied wine, with intense fruit, fine-grained tannins and a well-integrated finish.

Zinfandel - 2005

Our late harvest Zinfandel is seasoned for five years in American Oak Barrels. It is done in a Port-style finish with the perfect amount of residual sugar. It is bursting with flavor and replete with refined tannins, cherry aromas and a generous spicy savor. I personally love it with a piece of blue cheese.

Sangiovese - 2005

 

Sangiovese is the number one selling varietal in Tuscany. Our Sangiovese is done in the traditional Tuscany Style. It is medium-bodied with generous hints of spice.

Cabernet Franc - 2005

Our Cabernet Franc is fantastic! It is full-bodied with all the tannins and complexity of any Cabernet Sauvignon. It is drinking beautifully now and will continue to age with grace.

Rosé Wine - 2007

Our Rosé wine is the press juice from our Red Eyed Monkey. It is fermented in stainless steel barrels. The Rosé consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Sangiovese. It is a refreshing wine done in a dry finish.
